They are used in paint finishing systems and colour spraying plants to hold paint particles with its high particle holding capacity than regular filter medias.
The special fine filter media are made of %100 polyester fibres progressively compressed, fortified with a plastic binder (or thermally) into a solid and stable filter lap. The material is saturated with a dust-binding agent.
On the side of clean air, the medium is fixed with a special plastic protecting grid for preventing the release of the medium fibres.

Pressure Drop 128 Pa( approximately 18 kg/m2 ). The folded filters consist of recyclable cardboard. They are drawn to their proper size not until the installation takes place. Therefore storage and transportation costs are very low.
